Clocks tick hollow sounds hung on my wall. echoing in my head, drifting through empty halls. captivated with nostalgic rhythms and willing victims. talk about a hopeless cause. saving time and giving me a chance to pause  . look back over days and days of struggle and war with my life. the winner's victory changing these ropes to handcuffs, these keyholes melded shut, these blades that beckon me to cut.
